This will allow you to adjust the rear height of your quad from stock down to 3" lower when measured from the rear grab bar. Uses your stock seals and bushings from your original linkage. Must specify year. (click image for larger photo) Honda TRX250R Power Flange CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, the power flange features dual silicone o-rings to ensure a positive seal when the exhaust pipe is installed. (click image for larger photo) Honda TRX250R Chromoly Tie Rods 4130 Chromoly tie rods manufactured by CFM Performance and made from 5/8" diameter x .083" wall thickness 4130 alloy tubing for high strength and light weight. Threaded ends are grade 5 Cadmium plated studs with a class 3 thread. You can also choose your own color (basic colors only). Built with 5052 series aluminum for high strength, good looks and corrosion resistance. (click image for larger photo) Honda TRX250R Cooler At 5 1/2" long and 1 1/2" in diameter it is one of the largest inline coolers available on the market today. The 3/4" hose connections allow it to be adapted to almost any liquid cooled engine that uses 3/4" ID coolant hoses. We employ the perfect balance of diameter, length, fin width, fin depth, fin spacing, and grade of aluminum to cool your quad as efficiently as possible. To install, simply remove a section of your lower radiator hose and replace it with the CFM-Hydrocooler. Tighten the stainless steel hose clamps which are provided to you at no additional charge and refill coolant according to factory specifications. Multiple Hydrocoolers can be used on the same machine.
