| Yamaha YFZ450 Airbox
This is the same air box that 2003 West Coast Champion Cory Hinsz is running on his YFZ450 in the GNC Pro Class. Premium features not found in ANY other air box include: high strength 1/8" thick extruded aluminum brackets, not thin sheet metal brackets like the ones found on the other air boxes, machined aluminum intake flange with a lip like the stock air box to insure a proper seal to the rubber intake tube, the other air boxes use a rolled and welded piece of sheet metal with no lip. We build all of our air boxes with 5052 series aluminum for high strength, good looks, and superior corrosion resistance. Our air box is designed to use a 4" flange I.D. filter, the same one used in the legendary TRX250R. The reason we chose this filter is because it has an opening 6% larger than the stock filter, or any other filter available for the stock air box. As we all know, more air equals more horsepower. You can buy a K&N, part number HA-4250, from us ora UNI filter, part number NU-4102ST. Standard features on this air box include a removable lid, provisions to allow the use of your stock drain boot, and the stock crank case vent tube. There is not a better air box available for any price. |

| Yamaha YFZ450 Cooler
The CFM-Hydrocooler was designed and built by professionals specifically for your Yamaha. We employ the perfect balance of diameter, length, fin width, fin depth, fin spacing, and grade of aluminum to cool your Yamaha as efficiently as possible. Two coolers can be used on the same machine. To install, drain coolant. Remove a section of your stock radiator hose. Replace it with the CFM-Hydrocooler. Tighten the stainless steel hose clamps, provided to you at no additional charge. Refill coolant. This engine cooler will reduce your coolant return temperature by an average of 8-12 degrees depending on engine modifications and riding conditions. Not only is this safer, but cooler engine operating temperature equals more horsepower. Check out the November 2003 issue of ATV Sport Magazine. They did a test on this cooler, see page 81, and here is what they had to say, "Installing CFM's cooler was easy." "With the inline cooler installed, our temperature gun showed reductions of close to 9 degrees..." |

| Yamaha YFZ450 Oil Tank
Through extensive research we have developed an oil tank that holds 35% more oil which maximizes the ability of your engines oil to dissipate heat. As with all of our oil tanks, this one is built with 5052 series aluminum to give you an incredible finish and superior corrosion resistance. Every oil tank is pressure tested and welded in a precision machined fixture to insure a perfect fit every time. | Yamaha YFZ450 Battery Box
Made by CFM Performance, from 1/8" thick 5052 series aluminum, for high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance. All hardware is stainless steel with nylok nuts. The battery sits on 1/4" thick rubber strips inside the box. With this battery box installed you will gain an extra 4" of clearance between the battery and rear brake caliper. This is necessary for long travel suspension. You will also be able to remove the rear fenders without removing the battery. |

| Yamaha YFZ450 Exhaust Tip
The most restrictive part of your stock exhaust system is the 3/4" diameter hole in the exhaust tip. With your stock tip, the exhaust is forced to make a 90 degree turn through the spark arrestor and another 90 degree turn to come out the tip. With the CFM Performance high flow exhaust tip there are no restrictive 90 degree turns. The exhaust comes straight through an opening that is 30% larger than stock, and straight through a stainless steel spark arrestor screen. It bolts on in a few minutes with no modifications to your stock silencer, and it sounds great with out being too loud. This high performance exhaust tip makes a big difference in throttle response and top end horsepower. |
